Food and I have had a long love affair but creating culinary experiences for my clients is where my true love lies.
For over 20 years, I have worked the kitchens of the most renowned Michelin star and hatted restaurants of London and Sydney. Since then, I started hatted restaurant Alchemy in Mosman, worked as a private chef for Sydney’s elite providing bespoke events from in-home chef table events and lavish big bashes to intimate events on super yachts, corporate banking events in underground vaults and unique luncheons in the stables of Randwick Racecourse.
With countless catering events under my apron, I have found my calling. Creating memorable experiences for clients through food and wine is not just my craft, it’s my obsession.
