Keith set a new benchmark from which all other chefs will now be judged. His vision, menu creation and event logistics turned our engagement party into a Mexican Fiesta experience. Waitstaff were beyond wonderful, bar staff kept everyone well watered and I didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying the party. Thank you Keith!

We trusted Keith with our wedding catering for 140 guests. Keith was enthusiastic and professional and worked with us closely to create a custom menu that suited all of our guests needs. The food was fresh, delicious and prepared in an open kitchen in front of our guests - both Keith and his team performed outstandingly.
We received rave reviews about the paella he created and even accommodated my request of an abundance of hot chips. I would recommend Keith to anyone planning an event, big or small. Keith and his team took over the whole catering for our wedding and was brilliant from start to finish. We did not have to worry about a thing.
